A Oracle Case Study
Yieldr is a London-based SaaS analytics platform for airlines that boosts flight profitability by identifying distressed inventory and connecting empty seats with ready-to-fly travelers. Founded in 2008 with a small engineering team (10 developers) running a Go backend and AngularJS frontend on AWS, Yieldr needed an agnostic, Docker-first CI/CD solution to reliably deploy to staging and production at scale because traditional tools were hard to set up and not cloud-native.
After evaluating several platforms, Yieldr chose Wercker for its Docker-first philosophy, stable build-and-deploy pipelines, and investment in ChatOps. Wercker provided repeatable, reliable builds and deployments that scaled across the team, speeding build/test cycles and freeing developers to focus on writing code and improving the product.
