Vinci constructs ‘common HR language’ with Oracle Cloud

Vinci, the French construction and engineering group with nearly 200,000 employees worldwide, faced a talent‑matching challenge as it expanded internationally: managers could not easily find qualified internal candidates because HR data was fragmented across many payroll systems.
