Victoria University engages Oracle Eloqua to market Open Day

Victoria University, a higher education institution in Melbourne, needed to reinvent its Open Day after pandemic lockdowns disrupted in-person events. With Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation, the university aimed to use contact data to create personalized invitations and email campaigns for prospective students, educators, and parents.

Oracle helped Victoria University launch a virtual Open Day experience with dynamic, segmented outreach and reminder communications, integrated with Oracle Sales and Oracle Service for real-time lead management and support. The campaign sent more than 127,000 emails across eight audience streams, drove 162% more registrants than the previous year, and boosted attendance among reminder recipients by 77%.
