Case Study: Beeline achieves $1M annual infrastructure savings and consolidates four data centers to two with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

A Oracle Case Study

Preview of the Beeline Case Study

Vendor management system provider saves $1 million annually by consolidating infrastructure to Oracle Cloud

Beeline is a SaaS vendor management system that helps Fortune‑1000 companies manage contingent labor. After merging with IQNavigator, Beeline needed to unify and modernize its production and disaster‑recovery environments, avoid costly hardware refreshes and warranty extensions on aging equipment, and consolidate multiple datacenters while maintaining compliance and performance.

Beeline migrated DR, development, QA, monitoring and ancillary services to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure—using bare‑metal compute, Exadata, block and object storage, FastConnect, Management Cloud and backup services—gaining far higher IOPS, predictable scaling, and simplified compliance. The move let Beeline consolidate four datacenters to two (with plans to further reduce on‑prem footprint), avoid hardware costs, and achieve roughly $1 million in annual savings while retaining design flexibility through Oracle’s universal credit program.
