Upstage, an AI startup building large language models and document-parsing services, needed to bring products to market quickly while keeping training reliable and cost-effective. Using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) GPUs, Upstage trained its models faster and more consistently, helping it scale its AI development as demand grew.

Oracle’s OCI delivered at least 30% faster data transfer than other cloud providers Upstage had tried and was twice as stable, with far fewer GPU failures during training. This helped Upstage reduce costly training delays, accelerate model development, and support more than 50 enterprise customers across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and law.
