University of Windsor refines collaboration with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM

The University of Windsor in Canada needed to modernize finance and HR operations that relied on on-premises systems, paper-based processes, manual workarounds, and complex integrations. The university chose Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP for finance and procurement, along with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for HR and payroll, to improve operations across more than 10,000 full- and part-time employees.

Oracle implemented an integrated suite of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with Accenture supporting deployment, giving the university better visibility, stronger process ownership, and improved collaboration between finance and HR teams. The result was greater operational efficiency and a major reduction in payroll processing time, from two weeks to just two days.
