Universidad Andrés Bello, Chile’s largest private university, needed to replace disconnected HR platforms after losing access to its former systems and to manage 2,700 employees with better data, reporting, and payroll integration. The university also wanted to eliminate manual spreadsheets and improve transparency across compensation and HR processes using Oracle Cloud HCM.

Oracle implemented Oracle Cloud HCM, integrated with UNAB’s on-premises PeopleSoft Payroll, to centralize HR data, streamline performance and compensation management, and add talent development tools. As a result, UNAB identified bonus-eligible employees twice as fast, improved employee engagement and retention, and was able to retire legacy HR systems and spreadsheets while giving staff secure self-service access anytime, anywhere.
