TRATON, a Volkswagen Group subsidiary and leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, struggled with disconnected financial and operational planning across legacy systems. Multiple databases, spreadsheet-driven processes, version control issues, and manual data checks made it hard to get accurate, timely information for decision-making. TRATON chose Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to consolidate data and improve visibility.

With Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle helped TRATON standardize planning, improve data quality and security, and speed up reporting and forecasting by about two staff days. The centralized platform reduced manual work, enabled self-service analysis for users and brands, and gave leadership faster access to more reliable reports for real-time, data-driven decisions.
