A Oracle Case Study
Tindall Riley is a mutual insurance services provider founded in 1855 that manages three member-owned associations—including Britannia, one of the world’s largest marine insurers. Facing rising member expectations and a growing global workforce, the company needed a cloud-based financial platform to improve system integration, processing speed, analytics, automation, real-time data access, and reporting while cutting hardware costs and ensuring data integrity and collaboration.
Tindall Riley moved to Oracle Cloud ERP (via Oracle Soar) alongside Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Integration and Migration, implemented with Version 1 and Oracle Consulting. The migration automated labor-intensive financial processes, combined data from multiple systems into a data warehouse for enhanced statements and reporting, eliminated on-premises hardware and upgrade effort, and delivered faster, more reliable payments, credit control and budgeting—plus high availability and no cloud downtime reported in 18 months.
