The Cincinnati Bengals needed to turn a historic 2021 on-field success into stronger fan loyalty, season ticket member retention, and new ticket sales. To do that, they worked with Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation to better use fan data and create more personal, targeted communications for both existing season ticket members and prospective buyers.

Oracle helped the Cincinnati Bengals launch personalized postseason and retargeting campaigns using dynamic content and drip emails tailored to fan behavior and interests. The results were impressive: season ticket renewal rate topped 97%, more than 80% of STMs enrolled in auto-renewal, the team sold more new season tickets than any other NFL team, sold out season tickets, and broke internal online sales records with over 45% of new season tickets purchased online.
