A Oracle Case Study
Texas Woman’s University needed a more scalable way to support rapid enrollment growth across its Denton, Dallas, and Houston campuses, while also improving financial reporting, payroll, and compliance for its three business centers. Its legacy systems couldn’t keep pace with the university’s expanding needs, and managing state-funded expenses and grant reporting was especially difficult. Texas Woman’s University selected Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to create a single source of data for finance and HR.
Oracle implemented cloud-based ERP and HCM to automate manual processes, simplify reporting, and improve visibility across departments and campuses. The results included 29 hours saved per month on one automated grant billing process, fewer paper-based hiring steps, and faster, more efficient approvals. With Oracle, Texas Woman’s University also moved from monthly paychecks to biweekly pay, helping strengthen its recruiting position.
