Tetra Pak, the global food processing and packaging company that serves millions in 160+ countries, set a goal to become carbon neutral by 2030. To meet that goal it needed to optimize its vast logistics network, but relied on multiple transportation management systems and manual processes that left it without the visibility required for effective route, mode, and load optimization across its global operations.

Working with Inspirage, Tetra Pak implemented Oracle Transportation Management Cloud and Oracle Cloud SCM to consolidate systems, standardize and automate processes, and enable real-time predictive shipment visibility. The change improved tracking and inventory visibility, raised customer satisfaction and NPS, and positioned the company to consolidate freight, improve vehicle utilization and route planning, reduce environmental impact, cut costs, and free staff for more customer-focused work.
