TEPSA Group, a distributor and service provider for specialized electrical materials and equipment, needed a more robust HR system than its limited payroll application could provide. The company wanted better employee records, clearer organizational structure, controlled HR processes, and a way to support goals, performance reviews, and a consistent experience across devices. It chose Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Learning to address these challenges.
Oracle implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to centralize employee data, map reporting hierarchies, standardize hiring and approval workflows, and give employees self-service access to records and career plans. The results included 90% less paper-based form use, hiring and termination processes that are 85% faster, and 95% time savings in employee document management. With Oracle, TEPSA Group also enabled 100% of employees to create career development plans and completed performance evaluations for all eligible staff for the first time.
