Taulia is a San Francisco–based fintech that helps large buying organizations and their suppliers optimize invoicing and payments through its Dynamic Payment Platform, including e-invoicing and vendor portals. When suppliers accessed branded, cloud-based portals, Taulia’s support team lacked visibility into what users were seeing, which slowed resolution of invoice, purchase order and AP/AR issues.

Taulia implemented LiveLOOK co-browse so support reps can see a caller’s screen and assist in real time with invoice submission, status checks and other portal tasks.
