Taulia is a San Francisco–based fintech that helps large buying organizations and their suppliers optimize invoicing and payments through its Dynamic Payment Platform, including e-invoicing and vendor portals. When suppliers accessed branded, cloud-based portals, Taulia’s support team lacked visibility into what users were seeing, which slowed resolution of invoice, purchase order and AP/AR issues.
Taulia implemented LiveLOOK co-browse so support reps can see a caller’s screen and assist in real time with invoice submission, status checks and other portal tasks. The result was shorter calls, faster and more complete resolutions, and reduced confusion—allowing reps to solve problems immediately instead of taking notes to investigate later.
