Target Hospitality, North America’s largest provider of modular accommodations, needed to automate working capital analysis, simplify management reporting, and gain deeper visibility into financial and spend data. Using Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics, the company wanted a single view of accounting information that would let leaders drill into details quickly and support more data-driven decisions.

Oracle implemented Fusion ERP Analytics to replace manual BI reporting with consolidated dashboards and metrics, connecting financial data across Oracle and third-party sources. As a result, Target Hospitality improved control over the financial close, gained better visibility into spending and procurement, and identified opportunities to reduce off-contract spend. The solution also helped management analyze days sales outstanding and days payable outstanding to improve working capital.
