Syneos Health adopts Oracle APEX to better manage clinical trials

Syneos Health, a biopharmaceutical solutions organization, needed a technology solution to improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, and data quality for its Project Delivery Center, which monitors clinical trials. The company also wanted to speed up development and maintenance cycles, so it turned to Oracle APEX on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Oracle implemented Oracle APEX to help Syneos Health build its own user interface and better monitor project deliveries, improving customer service and enabling the PDC application to scale to thousands of users and projects. As a result, Syneos Health achieved significant cost savings over five years through more efficient operations and reduced application management effort.
