Swedbank implemented Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, cutting HR environment costs by 50% versus its on‑premises solution and eliminating the need for owned hardware and extensive IT staff. The cloud rollout digitized compensation, talent, performance, and goal management; reduced compensation‑process staffing from eight FTEs to 2.5; integrated payroll, time reporting, and travel systems; and delivered stronger analytics for hiring, sick leave, overtime, and compensation trends. The solution also provides automatic biannual upgrades and a platform to add modules like recruitment and learning.
