Ster-Kinekor implemented Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (with Recruiting, Onboarding and Sourcing) in September 2016, configured in two weeks by partner Britehouse, and integrated it with job portals and social channels. The cloud solution automated workflows, centralized candidate data and reporting, eliminated agency fees (100% agency cost reduction), cut total recruitment spend from US$80,000 to US$20,000, reduced turnover from 54% to 12.5%, and processed some 780 vacancies in the first six months while improving hiring visibility and approval controls.
