StepStone, a leading online job-board group operating across 21 countries with 1,600 employees and more than 50 million monthly visits, faced slow, inconsistent quote-to-order processes driven by Excel and Word-based pricing lists, disparate approvals, and limited product and pricing visibility across markets. The company needed a fast, accurate, and globally consistent way for sales reps and partner sites to configure complex talent-sourcing packages, apply discounts, and get reliable reporting for pricing and sales analysis.

By deploying Oracle CPQ Cloud integrated with its CRM landscape, StepStone created a unified, attribute-based pricing tool used by 200 sales staff and network partners, enabling automated end-to-end quoting and approvals. The outcome: quote-to-production time dropped from about 48 hours to under 20 minutes, teams now produce roughly 450 quotes per day, sales and transparency improved, reporting and control over discounts expanded, and the solution was rolled out across partners covering 153 countries.
