Staughton Group simplifies business processes with Oracle Cloud

Staughton Group, Australia’s largest supplier of raw ingredients for pet food, needed to replace siloed, manual business processes that were struggling to keep up with rapid growth, rising compliance demands, and limited visibility. With no formal purchasing system and a patchwork of IT tools across operations, the company turned to Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to create a more integrated, scalable core.

Oracle implemented JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to automate finance, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and sales, while adding mobility on production floors and in warehouses. The result was real-time reporting and stronger financial and operational visibility, plus improved productivity and scalability as Staughton Group expanded from 7 to over 100 administrative staff and grew weekly shipments from 1–2 to 35–45 containers.
