St James delivered the Albert Embankment Plaza on London’s South Bank — three mixed-use developments (The Corniche, Merano and The Dumont) totaling over 300 high-end residences plus significant office and retail space. The programme involved large, complex, high‑visibility projects run by different teams with similar construction processes, creating a need for consistent data control across projects and an easy-to-learn system for fast onboarding.

St James implemented Oracle Aconex Project Controls and Collaboration to centralize information, automate workflows (RFIs, design reviews) and speed document search and sharing. The platform’s strong support and smooth learning curve increased workflow efficiency, enabled quick tracking of assignments, freed time for project quality and delivery, and allowed reuse of data and templates for significant future cost savings.
