Spirax Sarco goes digital with Oracle Commerce and CPQ

Spirax Sarco, a global manufacturer of steam and industrial fluid solutions operating in more than 60 countries, needed to accelerate its digital transformation when the pandemic exposed gaps in customer service and operations. To meet rising demand for 24/7 access and adapt to changing customer needs, Spirax Sarco turned to Oracle, using Oracle Commerce and Oracle CPQ to improve its ecommerce and quoting capabilities.

Oracle helped Spirax Sarco launch Oracle Commerce across two brands and localize it for three languages, with live sites in 22 countries. The solution also integrated Oracle CPQ with existing systems to streamline quoting, pricing, and approvals, saving time and money while enabling self-service features, customer-specific pricing, and online parts ordering.
