Oracle implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, running on Oracle Sovereign Cloud, to connect finance and HR on a common data model and improve security and compliance. With Oracle, South Yorkshire Police automated key workflows, added mobile and single sign-on access, and improved recruitment and onboarding; expense reimbursement now takes about a week instead of one to two months, with better KPI tracking and reduced reliance on spreadsheets and manual processes.
