Sky.One expands its market and lowers costs with Oracle

Sky.One is a Brazilian cloud service provider that converts on‑premises ERP applications into SaaS products for ISV partners and SMB end users—about 300 partners and nearly 20,000 customers across restaurants, accounting firms, and supermarkets. The company needed a cloud platform that delivered scalability, redundancy, low latency and predictable pricing in Brazil while supporting Oracle Database workloads to attract more customers and lower total operating and licensing costs.

Sky.One migrated key services to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and adopted Oracle Database Enterprise Edition and Autonomous Database, gaining higher performance, localized low latency, and more competitive pricing. As a result Sky.One doubled its customer onboarding speed, plans to deploy thousands more clients, and can offer midsize customers faster SaaS transformations at lower cost thanks to OCI’s technologies and Brazil-based regions.
