SGS, a global testing, inspection, and certification company with more than 800 labs, helps reduce consumer risk by validating products and materials across industries. Rapid growth and acquisitions left SGS with fragmented customer-facing processes, outdated applications, and no unified portal, making it hard to attract new customers, provide seamless access to test results, or cross-sell across business units.

SGS implemented the Oracle Cloud CX suite (Sales, Service, Marketing) with Oracle Consulting to create a single, integrated customer platform. The new portal delivers a 360° customer view, consolidating quotes, invoices, inspection reports, orders, and scheduling, while enabling customers to run basic analytics on test data—improving customer productivity, enabling cross-selling, and strengthening trusted outcomes.
