Schroders, a global asset manager with US$462.1 billion in assets under management, faced the challenge of attracting top global talent and improving efficiency across its human capital management processes — from recruitment and onboarding to performance, compensation, and talent reviews — while gaining better reporting and long-term system support.

By implementing Oracle Cloud HCM (including Taleo and Oracle Talent Management) with implementation partner Certus Solutions, Schroders consolidated and automated HCM processes, integrated recruiting with its E‑Business Suite, and delivered global talent reviews for 4,000 employees. Results included a 97% completion rate for talent reviews (performance review completion up 3–4%), a single holistic report replacing up to six, streamlined recruitment for ~300 hires across 28 countries, elimination of manual data tasks, faster approvals, and improved visibility to support more informed management decisions.
