SantaPark Arctic World Drives Growth and Guest Satisfaction with Oracle

SantaPark Arctic World, a Christmas‑themed resort in Rovaniemi, Finland, combines a theme park, themed restaurants, spa experiences and the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel. As guest numbers rose and new hotels and suites were planned, the resort needed a flexible, cloud‑based hospitality platform to consolidate multi‑location operations, integrate property management and 21 POS terminals, deploy quickly, and provide comprehensive reporting to support personalized guest experiences.

By implementing Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Cloud, Oracle Hospitality Simphony Cloud and Oracle Consulting, SantaPark consolidated all attractions and hotel operations on a single platform in three months. The solution integrated 21 POS terminals with the PMS, reduced IT complexity (avoiding an internal IT department), delivered detailed reporting on guest behavior and staff performance, and accelerated growth—enabling new hotel openings, improved personalized service, and rapid business adoption.
