Santander Group Boosts Work Mobility for 180,000 Employees with a Centralized Recruitment Platform

Santander Group, one of the world’s largest retail banks with more than 180,000 employees and operations across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, needed a way to offer equal job opportunities and a consistent user experience for internal candidates while giving HR teams an easy-to-use interface and analytics to evaluate talent across departments, countries, and business lines to improve retention and mobility.

Using Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud, with implementation support from Oracle Consulting and Accenture, Santander launched a single, multilingual career site with SSO in just three months, trained 150+ HR users, and centralized applicant data across 20+ countries. The platform streamlined management of 250+ internal applications and ~200 monthly job postings, delivered out‑of‑the‑box dashboards for talent evaluation and compliance flexibility, and improved cross‑departmental and international mobility, hiring decisions, and employee retention.
