Ri Happy moves its SAP ERP to OCI to improve stability and reduce administration

Ri Happy Brinquedo, Brazil’s largest specialty toy retailer, was running its SAP ERP on an on-premises Oracle Exadata Database Machine, but the legacy infrastructure could no longer keep up with the company’s growth, causing stability and administration challenges. To reduce maintenance effort and improve performance, Ri Happy turned to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Exadata Database Service.

Oracle migrated the SAP ERP environment to OCI with no code changes, creating a more scalable and stable setup that met 100% of Ri Happy’s ERP needs. As a result, system reliability improved by 70%, and IT administration time dropped by three hours per day, freeing staff to focus on higher-value work while Oracle also helped improve security, remote access, and operational agility.
