Reale Group, a financial services firm with more than 4,000 employees and about €6 billion in annual revenue, needed to modernize its on-premises infrastructure and improve performance for its most important workloads. The company worked with Oracle and Accenture to move these critical systems from Oracle Exadata Database in its own data centers to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), aiming for better scalability and stronger support for its multicloud strategy.

Using Oracle Exadata Database Service on OCI, Reale Group improved IT system performance by more than 30%. The migration also helped the company bring products and services to market faster, open new business opportunities for employees and retail agencies, and reduce IT maintenance work through OCI automation so staff could focus more on innovation.
