Randstad India uses Oracle Cloud HCM to support rapid growth

Randstad India needed to replace its legacy HR application to standardize and streamline HR processes, reduce manual record-keeping, and improve recruiting, onboarding, and compensation management. To support this transformation, Randstad worked with Oracle HCM Cloud applications, with implementation support from Sierra-Cedar.

Oracle HCM Cloud was implemented across Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Individual Compensation, with integrations to third-party systems such as payroll and biometric devices. The six-month migration delivered streamlined HR workflows, automated letter generation and approvals, improved data integrity and reporting, and a better user experience, while reducing manual effort and improving transaction accuracy.
