The Pontifical Catholic University of Peru’s Institute for Quality needed a more modern way to manage prospective student data, handle form interactions, and improve outreach for its training programs. As campaigns became more digital during the pandemic, the institute turned to Oracle, using Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Engagement Cloud to replace manual spreadsheet-based processes and better engage potential students.
Oracle implemented cloud marketing automation that centralized campaign management, improved segmentation, and added stronger analytics and follow-up capabilities. As a result, the institute moved from manual to automated campaigns, sped up execution, and gained better visibility into email performance and prospect engagement; before Oracle Eloqua, a dispatch could take two to three days to reach contacts, but that bottleneck was eliminated.
