Prospect Medical Holdings, a $2.7 billion healthcare operator with 17 hospitals and 165 clinics across five states, faced major operational fragmentation after rapid growth through acquisitions. Prospect migrated to a single Oracle Cloud suite (ERP, SCM, HCM) to centralize operations and automate back-office processes. The rollout gave HR instant access to records for 17,000 employees and real-time dashboards, enabled rapid procurement and distribution of PPE during the pandemic, standardized supply names and acquisition costs, and streamlined electronic invoice approvals—reducing administrative work, improving supply-chain responsiveness, and supporting cost-reduction efforts.
