MAG Property Development, a UAE-based property developer in the MAG Group, was struggling with manual, Excel-based HR and finance processes for 500+ employees. The company needed better visibility into attendance, faster payroll processing, and more efficient reporting, so it turned to Oracle Cloud applications, including Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle ERP Cloud.

Oracle implemented Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle ERP Cloud to automate and digitize back-office operations, making HR, finance, and operations paperless and enabling employee self-service. The results included improved data accuracy, stronger workforce planning, and faster reporting—monthly HR and finance reports now take 2 days instead of 10, while approval times and manual effort were significantly reduced.
