Prinova Inc., maker of the Messagepoint customer-communications management (CCM) platform, needed to move its solution to the cloud to scale for rapid international growth, simplify deployments, and reduce the burden and cost of supporting multiple on‑premise database platforms (SQL Server, IBM DB2, Oracle). Prinova standardized its cloud offering on Oracle Database and Oracle Linux, migrated from SQL Server using Oracle SQL Developer, and adopted Oracle Proprietary Hosting Licenses (moving from Amazon RDS to EC2 for greater control).
