Presentes Mickey sees a 42% increase in online sales with Oracle Commerce

Presentes Mickey, the São Paulo-based Brazilian retailer known for home goods and wedding registry gifts, needed to improve customer service by connecting data across its online and physical stores. Its legacy setup created inconsistent online information, duplicate purchases, and unreliable inventory, so the company turned to Oracle Commerce and Oracle CX to support a more integrated shopping experience.

Oracle Commerce helped Presentes Mickey customize its platform, improve data integrity, and add richer product content such as photos and videos. The results included a 42% increase in online sales, nearly 60% overall sales growth in the second half of the following year, and a higher average ticket of about R$800. Oracle also helped improve omnichannel sales, which grew to 75% of digital sales, and reduced shipping time from up to seven business days to under 48 hours.
