Polpharma deployed Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning, integrated with its ERP and Oracle Business Intelligence. The solution standardized multi-GAAP consolidation and reporting, enabled monthly financial close for 20 subsidiaries in five business days with the same finance team, and cut financial-management costs by about 50% by eliminating local external teams. It also empowered 220 product managers to update forecasts concurrently, improved R&D and sales forecasting, and delivered interactive dashboards and KPIs to support faster, more informed executive decisions.
