Pola Orbis Holdings updates its finance and accounting systems with Oracle Cloud

Pola Orbis Holdings, one of Japan’s largest cosmetics companies, needed a better way to capture and analyze financial data across more than 10 brands as it shifted to a horizontal management strategy for global expansion. Its manual, paper-heavy processes and lack of standardized data guidelines were causing data accuracy concerns and making finance and accounting operations inefficient. The company looked to Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM to replace its slower, hard-to-manage on-premises approach.

Oracle implemented Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM, helping Pola Orbis unify master data, integrate sales and deposit processing, and digitize accounting operations. With Oracle Enterprise Data Management, the group also linked critical business data across companies to improve data sharing and consolidation. The result was stronger governance, better operational efficiency, and more informed decision-making, with future plans for seamless automated financial consolidation and multi-angled forecasting.
