Pathways Financial modernizes data analysis with Oracle Cloud

Pathways Financial Credit Union, a Columbus, Ohio-based credit union serving 50,000 members, was struggling to analyze loan and business performance data spread across thousands of daily files and spreadsheets. As its products grew more complex, Pathways needed an easier way to combine information from multiple sources into a single database so non-technical staff could quickly find actionable insights. It turned to Oracle, using Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Analytics Cloud.

Oracle helped Pathways centralize its data on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and automate much of the data integration and administration. As a result, the credit union can now create 10 real-time financial dashboards in minutes instead of weeks, analyze loan performance faster, and use machine learning and mapping tools to improve planning and growth decisions. Oracle’s solution also strengthened data security and compliance through self-encryption.
