By deploying Oracle Cloud SCM and Oracle Cloud ERP (and using Oracle Cloud HCM for training), Packsys cut quote time from 8 hours to under 10 minutes, reduced invoice errors from 3–5 per day to just a few per month, halved the invoicing headcount and reassigned staff to higher-value work, and shortened invoicing training from months to one week. Senior managers now have end-to-end order visibility, enabling delivery promises of 48 hours and about 95% of orders shipping within 24 hours.
