Paciolan, which powers ticketing and fan-engagement services for more than 150 U.S. college sports programs, needed a better way to help clients reconnect with fans as venues reopened during COVID-19. To do that, it adopted Oracle Cloud applications, including Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation and Oracle Infinity Behavioral Intelligence, to improve targeted communication and use first-party and third-party data more effectively.
Oracle’s integrated Eloqua-Infinity platform let Paciolan’s clients build easier multichannel campaigns, track fan behavior across sites and apps, and trigger personalized messages throughout the ticket-buying and event experience. By February 2022, Paciolan had rolled out the solution to 58 of 120 clients, and early adopters were described as delighted with the platform’s intuitive power, though hard results had not yet been quantified.
