Osource Global gives SaaS suite a performance boost with OCI Autonomous Database

Osource Global, a process management and outsourcing solutions provider serving more than 850 clients across 40 countries, needed to improve the availability, performance, and security of its Onex software suite for HR, IT, and finance. To meet that challenge, Osource Global worked with Oracle and moved more than 10 TB of data to Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Oracle implemented Autonomous Database with built-in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), in-memory analytics, auto-repair, automated backups, and one-click cloning across OCI regions. The result was higher availability and horizontal scalability, faster real-time analysis, and quicker development for new projects, helping Osource Global deliver more intelligent insights and innovation to customers worldwide.
