Oracle’s data science offering aids domestic violence research

Victoria University, a Melbourne-based higher education institution, needed to promote its annual Open Day with a very small team and budget, then quickly pivoted to a virtual event during the pandemic. With limited experience running online events, the university turned to Oracle Eloqua to reach prospective students, educators, and parents with more targeted, data-driven email marketing.

Oracle Eloqua helped Victoria University launch personalized campaigns, sending more than 127,000 emails across eight audience streams and driving 162% more registrants than the previous year. Oracle also supported reminder campaigns and real-time integration with Oracle Sales and Oracle Service, which lifted attendance among those requesting reminders by 77% and helped the Future Students team manage leads more effectively.
