Oracle NetSuite achieves global view of critical operations with OpenSearch

NetSuite, a cloud-based business management suite serving more than 37,000 customers, needed better scalability and more predictable pricing to monitor 30 petabytes of log data across critical application performance and functionality. Using Oracle’s OCI Search with OpenSearch, the company wanted to replace its Elasticsearch environment and gain a global view of its operations.

Oracle implemented OCI Search with OpenSearch, migrating a single 4,000-node cluster to 30 100-node clusters. The result was improved scalability, better troubleshooting, stronger performance, and reduced costs with predictable pricing; NetSuite also used OpenSearch to power external semantic search for product documentation.
