Oracle Eloqua served as the orchestration engine for Cisco’s Partner News Hub, enabling advanced segmentation, subscription options, and automated email campaigns tied to personalized content on the hub. The results were strong: engagement and subscription rates surged, email volume dropped 34%, interaction levels rose 42%, page views increased 46%, time spent on assets grew 52%, and more than 19.5% of subscribers became unique clickers, showing Cisco and Oracle delivered a highly effective partner communications model.
