Mphasis, the Bengaluru-based IT services company, needed to modernize its legacy HR environment as it expanded globally after its turnaround began under Blackstone ownership. To support a single, enterprise-wide, cloud-based employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, and training, Mphasis chose Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) to replace its customized PeopleSoft systems.

Oracle implemented a hybrid Oracle Cloud HCM deployment that preserved key custom features while adding third-party integrations and automated updates. As a result, Mphasis reduced total cost of ownership, eliminated concerns about uptime and version control, and sped up rollout to new geographies and acquisitions from about a month to less than a week, improving agility and time to market.
