TrueBlue, a Tacoma-based staffing and workforce solutions company, had grown to more than 20 legacy finance and HR systems through acquisitions and expansion. This fragmented environment caused conflicting data, manual payroll workarounds, high maintenance costs, and limited efficiency. TrueBlue chose Oracle Cloud Applications, including Oracle ERP and Oracle HCM, to unify its finance and human resources processes.

Oracle implemented Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM on Oracle Cloud to centralize TrueBlue’s data, automate processes, and improve scalability. The result was a unified system that reduced manual work, improved visibility for budgeting and workforce analytics, and made back-office operations nearly a week faster by cutting three days from the close cycle and three days from analysis.
