Panasonic implemented Oracle Cloud CX (Sales, Marketing/Eloqua, Service and Partner Relationship Management) to centralize data, use lead‑scoring and prospect heat maps, share customer profiles and give partners on‑demand training via Toughbook University. The result: clearer pipeline visibility, a 50% lift in marketing‑assisted sales, a shift toward more new‑account wins, faster partner certification and better service insights (device damage and warranty status) that help target and convert prospects more effectively.
