Oracle Cloud accelerates Grupo DPSP service rollout

Grupo DPSP, Brazil’s second-largest drugstore chain, needed to launch a new customer-facing app quickly for its 18 million customers while ensuring security, personalization, and operational reliability. The company turned to Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing as part of Oracle Cloud to meet an aggressive four-week implementation deadline.

Oracle implemented Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing, enabling Grupo DPSP to launch its Meu Viva Saude app on time and with built-in machine learning, high security, and less routine maintenance. The solution also expanded simultaneous database connections from 50 to 10,000 with high availability, and Grupo DPSP said it delivered the project in 60% less time than planned.
