The company also wanted to streamline intranet and internet publishing, maintain a consistent corporate identity, and more easily integrate tools like single sign-on, choosing Oracle and Oracle WebCenter Sites for the project.
Oracle implemented Oracle WebCenter Sites on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, creating a single integrated system for content administration and publishing across OMV’s intranet and external website. As a result, OMV significantly sped up content creation, improved editor efficiency, and gained an estimated 50% more time with WebCenter Sites, while also improving system availability and lowering operating and maintenance costs.
